All humans originate from a surreal concoction of brilliant, yet flawed chemical engineering. To be more specific,  you originated from sperm and egg, which once entangled in an eternal love embrace, it carries your unique DNA code and distinguishes you as an individual.

I don’t dismiss the genius behind our creation. However, when I think of the chemical wonders behind all life, the image of Jerry Lewis playing the role of the Nutty Professor comes to mind (not to be confused with Jerry Lee Lewis of rock ‘n’ roller notoriety).

This internal Gordian Knot of brain mush, makes juggling fire sticks while standing on one leg, blind folded, seem like child’s play. This centers around what I call the Big 5 categories in life: emotional, spiritual, social, physical, and sexual experiences. Given this complex juggling of our inner-selves, within an already-complex ecosystem, makes any given day of your life a potential cluster-f*** of a proposition.

I could have easily called this section Clown Show II. However, given that I write from more of a clinical point of view, I felt the category Natura Umana, which means human nature in Italian, deserved its own identity; just like a twin brother or sister.
